Public Sector Work Specialising in the local government, schools and housing association environments, Carole Carre Associates Ltd provides strategic and interim management support, together with accountancy, finance, team building, performance improvement, and risk management training and solutions for staff, managers, boards, and councilors. The company was formed in 2006 by Carole Carre. With over 25 years experience of working at director or senior manager level with both private and public sector organisations, Carole has an impressive track record of improving leadership, performance and management through an approach that combines strategy development and systems analysis with motivational team building and engagement. A Chartered Accountant by training, Carole has a degree in Business Studies and a Masters in Business Administration, and works with other professionals from a wide range of disciplines to provide quality services. Jess Collins has worked with Carole for a number of years. Jess has 15 years experience of delivering improvement programmes in both the private and public sectors, working for and with small, medium, and multi national organisations. She has a first class degree in Linguistics and Artificial Intelligence, followed by a Masters in Business Administration (distinction). Small Business and Start Ups Since 2002, Jess and Carole have worked together assisting small and start up businesses.
